The representative at the store sold me an iPhone at $0 down, $35/month for 24 months. I asked him if there is anything else I should know, he said no. He wrote these details down in a piece of paper to make it "clear". Later on, Fido charged me $50/month. I came back to the store three times, each time they said to call Fido. I called Fido three times, each time they said to go back to the store. Fido told me that the $35/month deal goes with $210 down payment, which the representative never told me. If you are not aware that these Fido stores do not represent Fido, now is the time to know. In conclusion, BEWARE.

Was at the location on May 1. The service reps, particularly Sakina, is very courteous and helpful. The services provided was excellent.
