Was in line for over two hours. The line bends around four corners so you can't see how many people are in front of you. There were four people at their desks with a line up of about 50 people. One left, the second seemed to need the third to tell him every key to press, the fourth was the only one actually processing clients, then she left. A textbook case of terrible management, oversight and training. Just awful. NEVER go there.
