Tried to place a curbside order and it was a joke. Had to call back 3 times after being put on hold (once for over 7 minutes). When I finally spoke with someone she obviously had no idea what customer service is supposed to look like. I told her the first item and the then there was silence on the phone as I gave my second item - she had gone to look and was going to run back and forth for each item and put the phone down without even letting me know she was walking away. I had 10 items - walking back and forth for each one is ridiculous. After all this time in lockdown they don’t have a clue. Never shop at this store. They don’t care and it really shows
