I emailed them about my repair and received a quote. I asked if I could ship my phone in for repairs as it was kind of far and surprisingly it was only an additional $20 both way for the shipping as Unwired covered it. I got my phone back in a week fixed and I couldn't be happier. Although they could have responded to my emails faster but overall I'm happy.

I purchased a maximus iv touchscreen laptop from their website. Upon receiving it, it was obvious it was used. The manual and earpiece was missing, the box the charger came in was dirty, the charger was not the original, and the box was taped shut with packing tape. When I tried to turn it on, the lights came on showing it was powered up, but the screen remained black. I've attempted to reach them and have yet to get a response

I discoverd this place while doing groceries in the stockyards...the prices were so good I came back 2 times before buying anything just to ask questions. The staff were really helpful and didnt pressure me at all...thanks for my new TV guys

They helped me in my time of need...broke my phone on the TTC and I was wondering how I would manage...I walked in and out with my phone back to being brand new in under an hour! Thank you unwired!!
