I attended the Solomon store located in the Don Mills Centre in Toronto and was served by a female employee named ALLEY who was extremely helpful. This is my first experience with this product and found her to hold a vast amount of knowledge on their runners. Outstanding service and a definite asset to your organization. Thanks Rick

I wish I could give them no star! Great shoes but disgusting customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes and when I went to get it, I asked some questions from the sales person,as my English is not that much good,(I didn't understood what he said.then,sales person and the two people was working there laughed at me and made fun of me.it was so embarrassing and I'm not going to be there forever.
