Im not a regular customer at roots But Kimberly who helped , change my mind! She was so helpful and so knowledgeable ! Im also in the customer service industry, and i learned a lot from her haha love to shop and roots more :)! I can tell that she loves her job and all haha

Walked into the store, seen by three girls chit chatting, and none of them bothered to greet me or even to help. I walked around the store with a few pieces and they were all attacking me, asking if I wanted a change room, when none of them helped me in the first place. Won't be coming back!
