If I could put 0 stars I would. Customer service at Just Cozy ( Don Mills) was very poor and lady was extremely rude. I would like to go into full detail as to what happened but the space is limited. Something needs to be done, people like that should not be working. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and not once have I ever given attitude to a customer for NO reason. I understand people have bad days but this was so uncalled for.
