Visited this store to inquire why my phone was dying even after I charged it. The clerk told me that the battery was probably dead and that they are built into the phone, so I could only get a new phone! Found out later that the phone I have does have the capability of putting in a new battery. This guy seems like he wanted to CON me with a new phone? You just lost me business
