I went to the Don Mills location in hopes of purchasing several new underwear. I was told I could not try on in the store, but could purchase and try on at home and then return if it didn't fit. This is ridiculous! It's unsanitary to allow customers to return under garments and I've never heard of a store allowing this. You should be able to try on OVER your under garments to ensure they fit properly. Why would I have to drive home and then drive back to the store to return if it doesn't fit and more importantly why would I want to purchase a pair of underwear that someone has taken home and then returned? Very odd. I've purchased many under garments from Calvin Klein in the past and have never experienced this so now I will take my $300 and go to Victoria's Secret.
