Today I had a wonderful experience at the Bell store at the Shops at Don Mills! The two service representatives, Sazi and Kunal were exceptional. Both helped me in a friendly yet extremely professional manner. It has been a long time since I have felt that customer service was an important part of a service. These two employees nailed it! Perhaps, a raise would be in order! Thank you for your assistance today Sazi and Kunal!
