Zara Sherway treated me like I was an idiot. First, they arbitrarily set a date for no more refunds on items and did not inform their customers. Second, they lied to my face by telling me they do NOT give store credits. Covid has created a unique situation. I purchased items just before all stores closed because of Covid, and one item I now wished to return with tags on and a receipt. Their Sherway store has only been open 2 weeks. They refused, telling me that I had to shop right there and then for the same amount or more - NO refund, NO store credit for later. I asked to speak to the manager and now I could have a store credit for later, but no refund (I could have a monetary refund for the sale price of 12.99 for an item I paid 45.90 originally. That is ridiculous, I said - you are stealing from me.) I will never ever shop there again. They do not respect their customers at all.

Is not even busy....and there is short stuff at cashiers register...14 min to pay for an item!... hire more cashiers!!!
