We visited this store on 17Nov as my Dad in law wished to buy a ring for his wife for their 59th wedding Anniversay. The store is impeccable and the service was really outstanding by Vahe Roubian the Sales Representative at the store. He was very engaging taking a lot of interest and was very personable talking to my Dad in law about his journey of the 59 years of their marriage. Thank u Vahe for helping us select the ring as my Mum in law loved it. Thank u immensely for making this moment special for them. Truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism. Do not deal with this store. Not only ihas the quality of the merchandise plummeted in recent years, so has the quality of the service. There is no professionalism or care about relationship-building. We have purchased a number of high-end pieces from this store but recently experiened very poor service from staff. Even when this was brought to the attention of the assistant manager, she didn't honour her commitment to follow-up. Appalling. This store has lost all three of my family members - all past customers - as a result.
