I am so pleased with the unbelievable excellent customer service that I recently experienced at Sherway Garden's Sporting Life. The Manager of the ladies fashions went above and beyond her duty, by far, and was/is always so pleasant and professional! The issue was to locate and try to replace a buckle from a ski jacket that was purchased 2 years ago (after warranty had expired). She was determined to obtain one for me (and went through so many issues and blocks), but after 3 months I got it - thanks to her amazing perseverance. Plus she then had it properly sewn onto the belt at one of Sporting Life's sewing businesses they deal with. I never had to pay one penny, and my jacket is complete once again! Sporting Life definitely stands behind it's merchandise and has some very awesome employees. (I should have asked for the Manager's business card - but her first name is something similar to Vlaska). Thank you again!
