Was in the Store on Nov 4/23 - needed to get a new phone for my M-I-L. Cory helped us out and was wonderful. He was multi-tasking help us out as well as another customer, I felt he did an excellent job giving each of us the time needed. He ensured the phone was set up to optimize the home screen for my MIL who has dementia, ensured all info was transferred from the old phone. Thank you cory for excellent customer service!

The experience with this store is disappointing. sales or service they are all slow and some of the sales people have no clue about customer service. always disappointing. service repairs is slow and have asked to drop phone overnight even after a confirmed appointment. Bought z fold 5 paid $2000.00 was told I will be called or e mailed immediately. No one bothered to call or e mail as promised. A sad sack store.

I have quite literally called the store trying to get ahold of anyone for the past 3 weeks. I've called more then a dozen times on different days and not once has someone picked up the phone. Its really out of the way for me to go just go walk in to find out if they can help me with my issue or not. Hire more staff if answering phones cant be done. Samsung experience pretty trash so far. -1 Star. You owe me a star.

Three weeks ago I purchased another Samsung phone, then last week a tablet at Sherway. While I was waiting I asked the guy at the door about a tech issue I was experiencing with my phone, he offered to help and much too my dismay I have an ongoing issue not being able too pair my phone; despite, no issue before visiting the store! Today i visit the store about replacing the tray that holds the sim card( fell out) and too express my displeasure with constant issue of message repeating " pairing failed", over and over until the power is shut off! So I have a manager that wants $40 to replace a 3 week old tray and having too book an appointment to correct an obvious mistake by an uninformed employee! Needless too say i will never by a Samsung product again and will share my experience on social media!
