My husband and I went to the store on January 27 at around 7:00pm. We were looking for a coat for my husband. There 2 employees, a man and a woman talking and burping. They were very occupied with their burping contest they had going on. Mean while, my husband and I were completed ignored, Not even once they offered their help. We had a couple of questions, but not a chance to ask. We left feeling disappointed of the non existence customer service. Won't go back again! We won't even give one star to rate our satisfaction, as one star is too generous!
