I would like to thank Stephanie for helping me to figure out how to navigate through my online purchase. I called her because I was having trouble ordering and had no luck getting through to customer service. She was so kind and patient and even though the book I wanted was not available at the Sherway location, she helped me to figure out how to pick it up at another store. I hope one day to meet her and say thank you in person. The book is a birthday gift for my mother, who btw just survived Covid along with her husband. I was near tears from frustration when I spoke to this lovely person and am very grateful she took the time to help a stranger on the other end of the phone. Small acts of kindness can change the world.
