I like the quality of the products and when they gave sales are very good discounts, the only problem is the customer services most of them aren't friendly, is very hard to get good help from them,.today I went to ask a lady for the price of a dress and she didn't mind to help me and look at me as if a was nothing buy the way I am Latina so it looks like the white ladies don't like us

The Bay has always been my go to store. The new renovated store is flashy and interesting although they eliminated the children's department. Too bad as I was looking forward to shopping there for my grand child to be. The elevator setup is annoying although it is probably to get customers through the jewelry and fragrance aisles. There are good deals to be found in the vast ladies department although you. Need to search through many areas.
