I had a horrible time trying to return a jacket to H&M, there manager was a piece of work she acted like a 15 year old brat, she suggested next time I break my Covid quarantine as I was out of country so then I can meet there clothing return date. The Manager then refused to give me there customer service number and hid in the back of the store. pretty sure your employees are supposed to enforce health and Safety in there store.....
