I had a hair appointment this week and was disappointed that there was problems with the gift card that was given to me at Christmas. However, Lauren, my hair stylist called management and got it all sorted out. Lauren had great ideas for a new hair style and was courteous and friendly and had good experience in cutting hair. I was confident that she would do a wonderful job, and she did. My whole family loved my new hairstyle. I will follow her wherever she goes. Every cut that I have ever had was such a disaster that I had to go home and redo my own hair, but not this time. Thanks Lauren for a beautiful cut.
