The service I received was quite unsatisfactory. I am a Visage customer member. I have had many eyebrow tints done at your location. I however am not happy with the service I received today. The tint was extended beyond my brow line and formed blue lines down the sides of my eyes. I brought this to your servers attention and she said the color had dripped down. Having had eyebrow tints for 30 years I could see that this was not a reasonable explanation. She proceeded to rub the color off and it didn't fade. I did it myself. Eyebrow tint doesn't run like that. I thought you should know what your staff is doing when unsupervised. I paid for my service but would like a refund from the owner. Mary Grassa
