I was there today shopping with my small dog in pet stroller cause on website this place was dog friendly, all of sudden this lady with security uniform comes and tells me to leave the mall because dogs are not allowed?? Ever since when?? I actually seen a man with standard size puddle and the dog was actually walking inside the mall in other day and she did not stop him line up at Apple store. Grand upscale is very nice but may have helped delay subway development. Seems Sherway gdns is the only major mall without subway access. Has most shops i need in a mall that is the nicest overall layout.

This is a great mall but they have closed a lot of good stores!! Aeropostale was one of my favorites, and Abercrombie, Juicy Couture, True Religion and Bench just to name a few! Also in the food court Manchu Wok is gone too!! That was the ONLY place I would eat when I went there!! Bring back the good places!!! And the good food.....!

The lady Diane at the coach store was horribly rude and didn't pay attention to either my friend and I when we went looking for purses. I expect better from a company such as Coach!
