Avoid this merchant at all costs! My experience with this merchant had to be the absolute worst, most frustrating, brain-numbing, amateurish sales experience I have ever had the displeasure of going through. I was looking for a “dumb phone” (no smartphone capabilities whatsoever) for my 13-year-old daughter, and in return, I was presented with a top-of-the-line iPhone 13!!! Unreal! The total opposite of what I asked for!
