It is beyond disgusting how poorly Walmart is towards customers. NO cashiers. Self checkout with a person in checkout area to assist with issues. There were many EVERY self checkout had an issue. Staff for help but none arrived. Eventually she was able to help all but then checkouts acted out again. I WONT GO BACK THERE

The customer service manager Denise is very RUDE! She has awful customer service and does not know how to be a proper manager either. I asked for help with a product I was looking for. She was very dismissive and was just standing on the floor with two other employees and they did not even offer to help me find it so they could continue their conversation. Please find better management!

I'm very upset with the Scarborough Town centre Walmart for the past 6wks their elevator has been broken down so I am disabled and I'm in a wheelchair and have not been able to shop there for 6wks because I cant get downstairs after 9pm I think it's disgusting and they have lost me as a customer
