We had bought a Christmas gift for our moms beautiful dresses, however it did not fit. We could not find bill took the items back today S December 27,2017. Tina the sale lady did an amazing job by assisting us with our TD visa information to resolve the issue and went beyond to find the top from other Bay store we could buy from. sHe was very pleasant, calm and very professional. she deserves a promotion. tHe Bay you a perfect colleague for the service industry.
