I am an employee of the mall and have never come across worse service. Some are nice and there are a few who are nothing but waste of payroll money. They lack all and any sort of customer service skills not to mention the unprofessional attitude they bring with them. Being someone who has early shifts and has to constantly communicate with them I have never hated a morning shift more. Not to mention they keep asking for proof of employment when I ring the bell in the morning to get into the mall and when offered they change their mind and act unprofessional.
