On Thursday, July 9th, I purchased 3 items from this store. One of the items, Uncle Lee's organic green tea, had a price of $8.49 on top of the box. I did not pay attention when the cashier entered the prices in the cash register. When I got home and checked my bill, I noticed that I was charged $9.69 for the item I consequently returned to the store two days later and was told by the person there that the correct price was $9.69. She brought another box to show the price. She told me that people do try to change prices. She seem to imply I did the same. I did say i will report this incident to the Better Business Bureau. However, she refused to compensate me for the difference in price. I was very angry and disappointed with what has occurred. I always thought that when there is a difference in price, the customer is charged the price on the package.
