Went to the Rogers Store at Scarborough Town Center to return a internet modem because there is better value and monthly charges with the competition. Met a greater at the entrance and was told to provide my name and someone will call my name to assist. I waited for 45 mins before anyone was able to assist. There was 6 people on staff helping people regarding there phone service. Why don't Rogers have a system set up where phone service and cable service is handled different. It take less time to deal with a cable issue than a person making a decision regarding what cell phone package to get and also what phone thet should select. Thank you Rogers for having me waste my 45 mins of my life. Next time I will make you send a tech to pick up the equipment so the cost will be on your tab and not mine.
