Girl who works here has a bad attitude and cannot read. Went to pick up a package; due to recently moving during covid, I use my partner’s name as the recipient and include my name in address line 2 for all deliveries. Girl said 2x my name was not on the package. I offered ID, email confirmations from sender and she said, “doesn’t work like that”. Her coworker came, ended up releasing my package. When I got it, my name was on it the whole time.

I’m a student and when they asked to me show them proof I gave them my student id. told me it couldn’t verify it was me. I offered a phone number, and email verification but they’re like nah. The place is also very hard to get into during covid season, just get it delivered to your door..

Very poor service on Saturday. Phone call operations jump your through the hoops and never give you a representative to talk to. Very poor customer service indeed

My package no show, no one even call or drop off at my home ever since I home all the time. Need pay duty online first time I know. Now need to go pick it up. Charge me delivery fees and no do complete job. One star I say.
