Service is so bad and Mobile data is so slow. I contacted Chatr to inform them about bad service, they did not do anything. When I decided to find another provider they refused to refund me the last bill although I port out 2 days after they withdraw the billing amount. I submitted a complaint to CCTS and for over 3 months of investigation, I gain nothing because of hidden policies.
