Great car with lots of features

DON'T EVER SHOP THERE, This is the worst place ever, i bought online a ride on car for my son's birthday. first issue is the late shipping, however they confirmed that it takes two days maximum to be delivered to my place, anyway i recieved it and here was the shock, the steering wheel is DEFECTED, when you rotate it to the right or left, the front wheels don't rotate, then i called them many times by phone after they screwed by all means my son's birthday gift, a very rude attitude and nothing happened, they put me on hold for hours everytime and iam pretty sure it was on purpose, then she gave me a number to call, it is unavailable, can you imagine? i've sent many emails to them and they didn't even reply to me. THAT WAS THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE TO ME, AND AGAIN DON'T EVER SHOP THERE.
