I wish it was easier to order by 'phone or email as in having a Central Person 'alive' to ask or order an item instead of a canned approach as in "dial this or dial that" and getting nowhere only frustrated. I get better response from 'Home Hardware!' at Parkway Mall!!!!

I wish they had associates who were there on the floor. I wish they would answer their phone. I know it is not busy, I'm outside looking in. My goodness
