I visited the Koodo Kiosk 8:35 pm to inquire about unlocking my phone and also about roaming fees in the USA. Although it was late and almost closing time, and the manager was very busy with paperwork, Rikesh took the time and explained to me what I needed to do re Koodo customer service call to unlock my phone. He also placed a call to set up an appointment for me at Koodo and provided me with a better plan than I currently was using. Although past 9 pm, Rikesh provided me complete information to my questions. Such excellent service and great customer spirit.
