Brought my watch to change a battery. They butchered and stripped three out of four screws on the back, one screw was missing. Store insisted that I took it out. Terrible service, blames the customer and definitely not trustworthy. Also note that they are not an "authorized retailer" of Bulova watches yet they have them in their show cases. Beware.
