I just love my cafe misto which I order with heavy cream and no milk everyday without fail. On many occasions I have had some employees use milk or half and half and when I point it out they become rude. I pay over $5 for my coffee why should some employees feel it’s okay to substitute heavy cream for milk then be annoyed when I return it. I have had enough of the rudeness. It’s a shame because most of the employees are very nice!!
