I had the best experience I've ever had in a shoe store at this shoe store! The salesperson was so polite and helpful, his name was Mahmood. I recently bought fashion boots at the location and I loved the boots. Something had happened to the heel, so I brought it back expecting the salesperson to bring up the fact that I didn't have the receipt. But instead, he remembered my face as soon as I walked in the store. Also, he did not only give me advice on how to take care of the boots he was also extremely generous and gave me another pair!!! I don't know about you but I have NEVER had that happen before! I would definitely recommend this shoe store to anyone looking to buy a good pair of boots. They also sell bags and shoes (maybe more-not too sure).
