I went with my sister to get my shoulder length hair washed and blow dried. My sister went to get her hair just 1 inch short then mine - washed, cut and blow dried. The sign on the window states wash and blow dry $13 - it does not mention starting at or depending on length. I was finished in 1/2 the time my sister was and I was charged the same amount as her - $28.25 including taxes. Before paying, I told the man that I just had a wash and blow dry. He said that was the price. I paid and went out to check the sign in the front window in case I was mistaken. The sign states Wash and blow dry $13. I went back in to ask about this. He said "it depends on the length". Warning: before you go here - get an estimate. My sister who paid the said amount and took twice as long - $28.25 seemed reasonable. I was charged more then double the amount advertised in front of their store - not reasonable. The stylist did a nice job. By I will never go back there and I will tell everyone I know in Malvern to be skeptical.
