Dropped the iPad for repair . I told me to come vacating 1 hour. When I got back exactly one hour she closed the the store at 6 30 . She's She's horrible communator and a fraud . First she told me 40 now and the next day was 70 dollars . She's rude ,a racist and a fraud. PLEASE DO NOT TO GO TO ALFA . SAVE YOYRSELF

This lady is not trustworthy, she assured me the phone was unlocked, but when I gave it to the person, there is a password on iCloud. She promised a refund since July 15, as she was out of the country. I was told to come to the store on August, whether she is there or not, the money will be there. Guess what, no money, just one sob story after another. She said to come back August 23, no chance. Do not go to this store, she is dishonest.

This lady at the store took a deposit of $500 promising that she could get me two computers for $1500. So I trusted her because of the way she talks will make convince though she is not trustworthy. I gave the deposit in June 2021, but she has been messaging so many awkward messages only such as "I'm not going run away with your money" and so on to irritate me so I would walk away without asking MY MONEY. Dec.'20 no computer or money yet sadly.

Do not go here to get your phone unlocked! It's a waste of time and money! They will take your phone home to get it fixed! What kind of mobile company does that?! The lady thinks she knows what she's doing but she doesnt.
