My husband and I have never owned a cell phone. So today when we went to The Source in the Lawrence Square Shopping Centre, the task seemed rather daunting. However, as soon as we met Taahaa we were relieved. He was informative, professional, and courteous. He answered all our questions patiently and even helped us to set up the phone. No mean feat since we are very inept in the world of technology. We are thinking of going back to Bell for all our telecommunication needs - if we do, it will be because of employees like Taahaa, who took the the time to make us feel like valued customers.
