CT posts a sign that says "large" bag, knapsacks and carts are to be left at the service desk. I had a plastic bag of grapes and another bag with shoes. Neither are large. but I was told to leave them and take a number. The white male behind me had a cart and wasn't asked to leave it at the desk. When I complained to the 'manager', he didn't even ask me what i was upset about. He assumed his staff were making sure in bags were mine. So you have a 'policy' -- apply it even-handedly! It's difficult enough going shopping let alone being treated like you're a shop-lifter at the get-go. Bad. bad customer service.
