Verbal Assault From All City Driving School | by m on Aug 07, 2020
DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give a zero star I would. I was completely misguided for the packages, no one even informed me of any packages. I ended up paying John $50 to meet me and teach me driving 1hr each lesson; when I had my g2 booked I called John to confirm that I would receive the insurance certificate and he said no and that I would have to take a 600$ package in order to get it. I told him I felt like I was being ripped off and that I was in search of an accommodation and he called me GHETTO and a THUG. I sent them an email and they didn't do anything about it they offered to compensate for the driving that I did and put it toward a certificate but I would still have to pay the remaining. I cannot believe that they have people like this representing this company. I am a student; and I do not recommend this School. I have never had an experience like this happen to me before. I have never been verbally assaulted before and as a young black female this experience has changed my perspective on the world forever and I will never forget it.
