I was very, very disappointed with the work that Humbertown Framing Gallery recently completed for my multiple degrees, from Yale University and Cambridge University, that I brought to their shop. In addition to framing one degree in marked glass, I noticed, upon close inspection at home, that all of the mattes are overcut—in every single corner. The overcuts are extremely visible, and, ultimately, the framing looks unprofessional and sloppy.
