Vanna Q gave us excellent service. On July 5th our internet was not working we called bell and informed our problem to bell customer service they told us our modem is not suitable. They told us to go to the Gerrard square bell store and get a new one there. Accordingly, we went there and showed all our papers to Vanna Q told us how to set up properly very patiently; she is a very good person. Thank you Vanna Q for all your help.
