I have been a customer for years at the Fairview location. I have an amazing lady that does an excellent job with threading and other treatments. One thing I have to say is that the some of women at the front desk lack customer service. For example; there is young girl that is usually there that never smiles or greets customers. This salon has the WORST RECEPTIONIST I have encountered. Specifically, that woman in black hair with evil looking eye! She's very uncourteous, argues with customer, very rude and arrogant! She should not be working at the front as she is ignorant of simple good customer service. She should be at the back instead sweeping the floor, that way she has no interactions with customers who by the way, are the source of her income!
