I have been to this store many times and every time, i notice that the staff disrespects customers. They will show you attitude like they don't care about your business and the worst is if there are few people lined up for some odd reason they will make the first in line to wait and start from the last one. i have seen this happen to others and it happened to me twice. today was the last day i visited this store and will not be going there ever. They are pricier and take longer to do every job let it be alterations or leather jacket cleaning.
