I met an Associate named Wesley and he was very friendly and very accommodating towards me and my walker. He helped me find shirts that were suitable for my size. He was so caring and helpful. He made me feel welcome as soon I entered the store. I even met his manager Johanne. She also was helpful. I asked her how the shirt looked on me and she said it looks really nice on you. I was so happy hearing that from her. It is nice to be welcomed.

Have shopped many times at R.W. & Co. Fairview Mall. I would like to thank most especially Amiteri (sorry if this is not the correct spelling of your name), for the excellent Customer Service I consistently receive from her and and other staff at this branch. I feel she/they, go out of their way to be helpful plus offer good styling tips. Thank you, it makes shopping at this store a most enjoyable experience.
