No physical distancing amongt customers, staff not communicating to customer their sealer is broken. You find out when you're ready to order. After ordering nobody was preparing the order. My mango diamond slush has been sitting g in the counter for 10 min before they called me to pick it up. It was already warm and liquid. Staff panicking in times s of crisis. Poor communication and no customer prioritization.
