I went to this location on Oct 23, 2021 and ordered an Egg BLT McMuffin. It took them about 15 minutes to deliver the meals. The service rep has apologized for the delay. I took the meal to the seating area and discovered that the McMuffin did contain only tomato and mayo. I returned to the counter and explained the situation. They threw away the McMuffin and offered me a new one. This time, the McMuffin didn't have the tomato or the lettuce.

Went to this location on Nov 23, 2019 at about 12:15 p.m. and ordered a large coffee. I asked for an extra cup and the cashier gave me a small plastic cup. I said to her the plastic cup is not healthy for the hot coffee and told her I will pay for the extra cup but she said I can only hv the plastic cup or buy another coffee in order to have the extra cup I talked to the tiny supervisor on duty and she said the same rubbish due to company policy. I then returned the coffee for refund and went to another coffee shop, not McDonald for the coffee and I was given an extra cup free. What a big difference in customer service.
