Totally disgusted with Lenscrafters in Fairview Mall in Toronto | by Satendra Ganjoo on Mar 29, 2019
I ordered three glasses, one of them was for the use of computer. Apart from the fact that the glasses did not come together which meant that I had to go to their store three times, the technician attending to me was insisting that the frame was not lose and it was I who was not wearing the glasses properly. Only one of the three glasses was lose and needed adjustment. I said I am the better judge because it was my head not her's on which the frame was sitting. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
