Entered the Bay at Fairview mall with great expectations and a good employee discount! Left with nothing and very frustrated! Clearance racks at every turn, rude and uninterested staff, took 3 requests to be shown the gift registry kiosk. Should have taken names! Won’t be a next time at Fairview for some time!! Staff in other Fairview shops were tripping over themselves to help us.

Worst customer service The lady made me wait for 20 minutes only to let me know they don’t have the product. People’s time is precious. If you don’t know what you’re doing and too slow stop working.
