A bad costumer service more of 15 people outside whiting for more of 45 minutes and only 3 people working in the store It is unacceptable , please more respect to the costumer

I phoned to inquire about why i am receiving emails regarding a fido account that was not mine. The representative Leena told me that the Rogers account that I have somehow got linked to a family member's Fido's account. I ask why this is happening? She told me in a rude way that because Rogers and Fido are the same company this incident happened and made it seem like it's okay. No apology! nothing just hang out the phone. She made it seem like I am the one who made the mistake. Poor Customer service. Someone really needs to retrain her. I hope no one else gets the same treatment. As a Customer Service Representative she should of apologized on behalf of Fido and her sister company Rogers and directed me to the right procedures of how to rectify the problem.
